The Complexity Of Today’s Property Matters

Living in the part of the world that until recently was considered more a quiet backwater, not in the main hub of business activities, the housing situation has always been easier to manage.  In the 1970s it was possible to see properties nearer the City for say £30K and a similar one further up the M1 could be got for a more comforting £14K.   However, this was tempered by there being a very big difference in the salaries between the areas of course.

Today the country as a whole has evened out – London and environs still crazily over the top.  Housing is a complex matter. When needing to move on up, if there are no suitable properties on the market, it becomes necessary to consider building up or out on the current property.  Getting the right help with design and planning matters, or indeed maintenance, needs experts in the field.
