Engaging Designers Sympathetic To Period Design

I know of two bungalows that are going to be going on the market quite soon.  The chances of one coming up for sale is unusual, they were built in the 1920s and still reflect much of that design in that they have very distinctly square bay windows – with brich pillars between the panes.  There must have been six or seve built at the same time, as two or three remain in the same design, at each end of the small row.  The others in the middle have gradually been altered over this last century – to take in the modern fad at whatever period they were set upon!    With these sort of properties, by engagingsympathetic contractors with vision and a real feeling for period property is essential so owners could have had modernisation but retained some class, some of the uniqueness of the original design.  All that has been lost.  Except in 3 properties.  About to be sold.
