Former Factory Provides Elegant Living Spaces

I don’t often visit town centre residential properties – that’s something I realised recently when I did in fact have a chance to look over some apartments that now fill the space inside an old shoe factory.   Now that all that work has ceased and gone to asia, the skeletal remains sit forlornly waiting for new owners.  The apartment I saw was very bright, airy and so attractive.  I very nearly went home to ring an estate agent to put my house on the market!  I was really taken with the sleek kitchen – everything was fitted in by wayof integrated units and easy to clean and care for surfaces.  The bathroom and ensuite were almost space age too – the showers had floor to ceiling perspex panels to protect the rest of the room but not cumbersome shower cubicles.  Each had cabinets and worktops with basins inset.  At one time this would have been an unnattainable luxury.  Not now!
